This promotion (the "Promotion") offers eligible customers a welcome bonus of £100 (the "Welcome Bonus") when they meet the spending requirements set out in these terms and conditions (the "Terms").

The Promotion is operated by Apron Payments Ltd (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

The Welcome Bonus is awarded in addition to any standard cashback rewards earned through the Apron Rewards Program separately.

1. To be eligible for the Welcome Bonus, you must:

   1. be a new Apron Card customer who has not previously held an Apron Card;
   2. successfully apply for and activate an Apron Card during the Promotion Period;
   3. be aged 18 or over;
   4. be a UK resident; and
   5. meet the spending requirement set out in clause 3.1.

2. Only one Welcome Bonus per customer is permitted. Customers who have previously received any welcome bonus from us are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

3. Apron employees, directors, and their immediate family members are not eligible for this Promotion.

1. To qualify for the Welcome Bonus, you must spend at least £2,000 using your Apron Card within 60 calendar days of your card activation date (the "Qualifying Period").

2. Only card transactions that are posted to your account during the Qualifying Period will count towards the spending requirement.

3. The following transactions do not count towards the spending requirement:

   1. ATM withdrawals;
   2. cash advances;
   3. balance transfers;
   4. fees and charges;
   5. refunds or reversed transactions; or
   6. any transactions we determine to be fraudulent or suspicious.

1. This Promotion is available for a limited time only from 6 November 2025 (the "Promotion Period"). This is a limited time offer subject to withdrawal at any time by Apron.

2. You must activate your Apron Card during the Promotion Period to be eligible for the Welcome Bonus.

1. The Welcome Bonus will be credited to your account as 10,000 Apron Points within thirty (30) days of meeting the spending requirement.

2. Apron Points can be redeemed through your Apron account in accordance with the Apron Rewards Program terms and conditions.

3. The Welcome Bonus has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned.

4. Points awarded under this Promotion are subject to the standard Apron Points expiry terms.

5. Points are accumulated at account level and may be redeemed by any Business Admin associated with the account as per the standard Apron Points terms.

1. This Promotion may be combined with our Accountant and Bookkeeper referral program, where applicable, subject to separate terms and conditions.

2. Where a customer qualifies for both the Welcome Bonus and a referral bonus, both bonuses will be awarded separately.

3. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offers unless expressly stated in writing by us.

1. We may process your personal and transaction data to verify eligibility and spending requirements for this Promotion.

2. By participating in this Promotion, you consent to such processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1. We reserve the right to:

   1. verify eligibility and spending requirements at any time;
   2. disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms;
   3. modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time by written notice; and
   4. investigate and take appropriate action regarding any fraudulent or suspicious activity.

2. We are not responsible for technical failures, system outages, or other issues that may prevent participation in this Promotion.

3. Additional cashback rewards may be available for business spending through our standard rewards program, subject to separate terms and conditions.

1. Our decision regarding eligibility, qualification, and all other matters relating to this Promotion is final and binding.

1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

2. Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1. This Promotion is subject to:

   1. your Apron Card terms and conditions;
   2. the Apron Rewards Program terms and conditions; and
   3. our standard account terms and conditions.

2. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the documents referenced in clause 11.1, these Terms shall prevail in relation to this Promotion only.
