Each Promotion is available for a limited time period as communicated by us from time to time in Announcements, subject always to these terms (a "Promotion Period"). A Promotion is a limited time offer subject to withdrawal at any time by Apron.
Subject to these terms, when we have verified that the requirements described in clauses 2 and 3 are met, we will credit your Virgin Points balance with additional Virgin Points in the amount of the Bonus Amount.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, Promotions are limited, discretionary offers with no contractual right of participation. They may be time-limited and/or may be closed at any time, in which case a Delegate will not be entitled to a Bonus unless we have verified that they have satisfied all qualification requirements at the time of closure.
