Bill Pay Welcome Bonus Promotion

Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW

    Each promotion (a "Promotion") is supplemental to the Bill Pay Rewards Programme and is subject to:

    1. the Apron Customer Terms and Conditions;
    2. the Apron Bill Pay Terms and Conditions;
    3. the Apron Bill Pay Rewards Terms and Conditions; and
    4. the terms and conditions set out below (the "Terms").

    Capitalised terms defined in the Bill Pay Rewards Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in these Terms.

    Each Promotion offers eligible Delegates the possibility of receiving bonus Virgin Points (the "Bonus") when they satisfy the requirements described below and in the related announcements in our usual communications channels ("Announcements").

    Promotions relate to Apron Points earned by Delegates in their personal balance (not Company balance) in accordance with the Apron Bill Pay Rewards Terms and Conditions.

    Promotions are operated by Apron Payments Ltd (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

    Each Promotion will define:

    1. a quantity of Apron Points to be earned by a Delegate ("Earning Target");
    2. a quantity of Virgin Points to be awarded as a bonus when the requirements of the Promotion are met ("Bonus Amount"); and
    3. a period of time during which the first eligible transaction under the Promotion may be made ("Promotion Period").
  2. ELIGIBILITY

    To be eligible for the Bonus under a Promotion, you must:

    1. be a Delegate for a Company that participates in the Bill Pay Rewards Programme (and meet the eligibility criteria to do so); and
    2. meet the spending requirement set out in clause 3.
    1. Only one Bonus (across all Promotions) per Delegate is permitted.
    2. Promotions are open to both existing and new users. However, Apron Points earned before the Promotion Period do not count towards the corresponding Promotion.
    3. Apron employees, directors, and their immediate family members are not eligible for Promotions.
  3. SPENDING REQUIREMENT

    To qualify for the Bonus, you must complete the following actions:

    1. You must instruct a Bill Pay payment on behalf of your Company, including the Bill Pay Rewards Package, during a Promotion Period. Payments made before the start of the Promotion Period are not eligible. This eligible payment starts a 3-month (or such other period as specified in the announcement) window (the "Qualifying Period"), counted from the date of that first eligible payment.
    2. You must, during the Qualifying Period, earn Apron Points in at least the amount of the Earning Target through the Bill Pay Rewards Package. The initial eligible payment described in paragraph (a) above counts towards this.
    3. You must then redeem Apron Points amounting to at least the Earning Target, by conversion into Virgin Points, in accordance with the Apron Bill Pay Rewards Terms and Conditions, in a single conversion.
  4. PROMOTION PERIOD

    Each Promotion is available for a limited time period as communicated by us from time to time in Announcements, subject always to these terms (a "Promotion Period"). A Promotion is a limited time offer subject to withdrawal at any time by Apron.

  5. BONUS AWARD

    Subject to these terms, when we have verified that the requirements described in clauses 2 and 3 are met, we will credit your Virgin Points balance with additional Virgin Points in the amount of the Bonus Amount.

  6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

    Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, Promotions are limited, discretionary offers with no contractual right of participation. They may be time-limited and/or may be closed at any time, in which case a Delegate will not be entitled to a Bonus unless we have verified that they have satisfied all qualification requirements at the time of closure. Promotions are further subject to the terms and availability of the applicable Virgin Points programme. In any event, we reserve the right to:

    1. verify eligibility and spending requirements at any time;
    2. disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms;
    3. modify, suspend, or terminate a Promotion at any time by written notice; and
    4. investigate and take appropriate action regarding any fraudulent or suspicious activity.

    We are not responsible for technical failures, system outages, or other issues that may prevent participation in a Promotion.

  7. DISPUTES AND CONTACT
    1. Our decision regarding eligibility, qualification, and all other matters relating to a Promotion is final and binding.

  8. GOVERNING LAW
    1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
    2. Any disputes arising from a Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
