  1. Introduction

    1. These terms apply to the prize draw (a "Prize Draw") that references them.

    2. The Prize Draw is a free prize draw. The promoter is Apron Payments Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 13779960, with address at 201 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3AB ("Apron", "we"/"us").

  2. Eligibility

    1. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

    2. Employees of Apron and its group companies, and anyone professionally connected with the administration or judging of this Prize Draw, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

    3. Entrants must provide accurate and complete information when entering the Prize Draw.

    4. One entry per person is permitted. Entries made on behalf of another person, duplicate entries, automated entries or entries submitted through third parties will not be accepted.

  3. How to enter

    1. To enter, scan the promotional QR code and complete the entry form, providing the information requested.

    2. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

    3. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 30 November 2026.

    4. We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible or otherwise cannot be processed for any technical or other reason.

  4. The prize

    1. There is one prize consisting of 100,000 Virgin Points.

    2. The prize will be provided to the winner by means of a unique promotional code.

    3. To claim and redeem the prize, the winner must have, or create, a Virgin Red account and comply with the applicable Virgin Red programme terms and conditions.

    4. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they are eligible to hold and use a Virgin Red account.

    5. Virgin Points are subject to the terms and conditions of the Virgin Red programme. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, except where permitted under the applicable Virgin Red terms.

    6. The prize does not include any other costs or expenses associated with using or redeeming the Virgin Points.

  5. Winner selection and notification

    1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.

    2. The draw will take place within 30 days after the closing date.

    3. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the Prize Draw.

    4. The winner must respond within 5 business days of Apron's notification. If the winner does not respond within this period, we may select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

    5. We may require the winner to provide reasonable evidence of their identity, age and eligibility before the prize is awarded.

    6. The prize will be provided to the verified winner by email in the form of a unique promotional code.

  6. Marketing communications

    1. Entry into the Prize Draw does not require an entrant to consent to receive marketing communications from Apron.

    2. The Prize Draw is promoted by Apron at The Digital Accountancy Show 2026 ("The DAS"). The DAS organisers have provided us with the contact details of individuals who have agreed to be contacted by events sponsors and partners, and we may cross reference this list against prize draw applicants for the purpose of marketing communications. In any event, you may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism in Apron's marketing communications or by contacting support@getapron.com.

  7. Personal data

    1. We will process entrants' personal data for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, selecting and contacting the winner, and otherwise administering the promotion.

    2. Further information about how we process personal data, including information about individuals' rights, is available in our Privacy Notice.

    3. Where an entrant separately consents to receive marketing communications, that consent will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable data protection and electronic marketing laws.

  8. General

    1. Our decision regarding eligibility, qualification, and all other matters relating to the Prize Draw is final and binding, subject to applicable law.

    3. We may disqualify any entry that we reasonably believe does not comply with these terms and conditions or has been submitted fraudulently or otherwise improperly.

    4. We may cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary. We will not use this right to unfairly disadvantage entrants.

    5. We are not responsible for any failure of Virgin Red's website, application, systems or services, or for any inability of the winner to redeem the prize resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  9. Governing law

    1. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

    2. Any disputes arising from the Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
